We too were shocked to learn about the size and quality of the government food parcels last week. We know from experience that you can spend much less money and provide bigger, better food support (see also our previous post).
At OCA, we try to play our part to ensure that no child in our communities goes hungry. When the government fails, we try to step in. So last week we provided our families with children with extra large food parcels. In the video you can see what those families got in addition to their regular weekly food parcel.
