Help others by giving

Every person whose life is improved or saved, stems from an act of generosity that’s purely voluntary. That’s why donating is so extraordinary when you do it.

Our demographics

Oxford is 35% bame

The National average is 14%, making Oxford one of the most diverse cities in the South. Oxford has seen a huge jump in BAME and diaspora communities, but representation and support for these communities is still lacking.

Let's make a difference

How to start?

The financial repercussions of Covid-19 has struck the marginalised communities of Oxford hard, with lack of work and typically larger families to support in an expensive part of the UK to live in. Join our efforts to donate and deliver raw food packs in the run up to Ramadhan.

We are here to help!

If you feel your community is under-represented in Oxford, contact us to see how we can help your community. We help connect organisations with each other for help and support, process funding applications, providing subsidised or free activities for children and adults, and so much more!

We are collectively made up of community leaders from many ethnic origins including Malaysia, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Nigeria, East Timor and many more.

Our latest activity

We’re going through a time where those in need of help will not turn to certain organisations or individuals due to an underlying sense of stigma and shame, so support and help is often very limited or non-existent.

We live amongst many nuances in the community, particularly amongst new and emerging BAME communities. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve brought together many community leaders from Oxford so that we can respond to the silent cries and concerns effectively while maintaining confidentiality about those needs.

We have started distributing emergency food packages to those who are genuinely in need.
